DEPUMP anti clogging submersible sewage pump is designed for municipal engineering, industrial construction, hotels, hospitals, civil air defense, mining, and other applications. It efficiently handles sewage, wastewater, rainwater, and urban drainage containing solid particles and long-fiber materials.
Clogging Prevention – Impeller Design
The anti clogging submersible sewage pump offers three impeller options:
Single channel impeller:Provides the largest solid passage capacity, suitable for applications with large solid particles and long fibers.
Dual channel impeller: Balances passage capacity and efficiency, suitable for most sewage applications.
Three vane impeller: High efficiency with low vibration, suitable for clean water or light sewage with smaller particles.
The maximum solid particle diameter that can pass through is up to 50% of the pump outlet diameter, structurally reducing the risk of clogging.
Core Components
Mechanical seal: The anti clogging submersible sewage pump side material is tungsten carbide/tungsten carbide, and the motor side material is graphite/silicon carbide.
Bearings: Imported SKF or NTN bearings.
Motor insulation: Class F, maximum working temperature 155°C, protection grade IPX8.
Pump casing design: Optimized with CAD/CAM technology, balancing efficiency and wear resistance.
The shaft overhang is designed as short as possible to reduce deflection and vibration, extending the service life of mechanical seals and bearings and lowering operating noise.

Advantages
The anti clogging submersible sewage pump is equipped with a three-level monitoring system for precise fault location:
Stator thermal switches: Three switches in series, normally closed at room temperature, automatically opening when the stator temperature reaches 125°C.
Oil chamber water leakage probe: When the pump side mechanical seal leaks and the oil-water ratio in the oil chamber reaches a certain concentration, the probe sends an alarm signal and automatically cuts off the power to stop the pump.
Wiring chamber leakage detection (for 30kW and above): Detects whether the cable seal is leaking.
If the motor side mechanical seal leaks and liquid enters the float switch chamber to a certain level, the float switch sends an alarm and stops the pump. Maintenance personnel know where the problem is before they even arrive.

Operating Conditions
Medium temperature should not exceed 40°C, density should not exceed 1200 Kg/m³, and pH value should be within 5 to 9.
Rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz. The motor can run normally only when the deviations of both rated voltage and frequency are within ±5%.
The maximum diameter of solid particles passing through the pump must not exceed 50% of the pump outlet diameter.
The impeller rotates counterclockwise as viewed from the suction inlet.
