WQ Series Submersible Sewage Pump

WQ series submersible sewage pump is a drainage device that can work fully under water.
It is mainly used to delivery wastewater with solid particles, fibers, mud, sand and thick liquid.
Compared with ordinary clean water pumps, it has better anti-clogging performance, good wear resistance and reliable underwater sealing.It is an important equipment for sewage treatment and water drainage.

Structure and design

1.WQ series submersible sewage pump consists of a submersible motor, pump body, impeller, sealing system and coupling device.
It has a vertical structure .
With a large non-clog impeller or cutter, it can pass long fibers, cloth, mud and stones easily, which greatly reduces the risk of jamming and downtime.

2.The pump uses a double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces.It is waterproof, oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and works stably underwater for a long time. This design effectively prevents water from entering the motor and causing damage. The motor is equipped with overheat, overload and leakage protection.

Things to note

1.When choosing the WQ series submersible sewage pump, the key factors are flow rate, head, liquid temperature and solid particle size.

2.The liquid temperature should be no higher than 60℃, and the pH value ranges from 4 to 10.We can add optional parts according to on-site working conditions, such as mixers, cutters, float switches and control panels.

3.During installation, we suggest fixing the base or using an auto-coupling system to avoid dry running.

4.Check the seals and cables regularly and clean impurities from the impeller in time.These simple steps can effectively extend the service life of the WQ series submersible sewage pump.
