DEPON hydraulic submersible slurry pumps are hydraulic machinery with stirring function. It is widely use in transfer water with particles, such as sand, slurry and other liquid with particles.

Applicable conditions

The hydraulic submersible slurry pumps can be powered by a diesel engine, amotor-driven hydraulic pump stationor directly driven byan excavatoror loader;

·The maximum temperature of the hydraulic oil shall notexceed 80°C, anda cooling device shall be added for forced cooling for long-term operation;

·The maximum volume concentration of solid particles in the medium can reach 60%;

·The pump is preferably operated upright in the medium and can operate continuously.

Structural features and working principle

When the hydraulic submersible slurry pumps are working, the stirring devices on both sides rotate to drive the solid particle medium to flow, and the stirring blades rotate and push it to the sucƟon port of the sand pump to achieve suction and discharge.

Check and precautions before installation

● The actual flow and head should be consistent with the performance curve, and the best flow range is between 80% and 120% of the rated flow; The flow rate exceeding 120% of the rated flow rate may lead to insufficient power.

● Check whether the assembly quality of the equipment is good, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the hydraulic pipeline is damaged, and whether the installation and fixing of the hydraulic equipment is reliable.

● Check that starting, control and protection facilities are in good condition.

● Check whether the amount of oil in the oil chamber is moderate; When the unit is in the vertical position, the oil level should reach the oil filling port, otherwise the turbine oil should be injected to the right amount.
