Depump submersible slurry pump is a heavy duty, electric submersible slurry pump. Submersible slurry pump features a rugged construction using the highest quality materials to ensure reliable performance and excellent service life.
There is a 27% chrome white iron agitator in the submersible slurry pump, it can assist the pump to break up large particles and agitate high concentrations of solids.
1. The Material of Submersible Slurry Pump
The material of pump casing, impeller, backplate and agitator is high quality 27% chrome white iron, which can withstand continuous use in high duty application. And it can be used to convey abrasive and dense slurry with minimal wear.
2. The Struction of Submersible Slurry Pump
The pump has round base and strainer, which can provide excellent stability and durability whilst preventing blockages.
The whole machine is of dry motor and pump structure. The motor is protected by mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.

Flow rates from 23 to 2400 cubic meters per hour (100-10560 USGPM).
4. F Class Motor Insulation
F class motor insulation is used when the temperatures up to +40℃,
H class motor insulation is used when the temperatures up to +70℃.
5. The application of Submersible Slurry Pump
It can be widely used in mining, power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as slurry transportation in metallurgical concentrator, hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plant, coal slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plant, river dredging, etc. In the chemical industry, it can also transport some corrosive slurry containing crystals.
