1.Pump body material
The corrosion resistant water pump use lots of materials that are super good at stopping corrosion. Like, there's stainless steel. We have types like 304 and 316L. Then, there are engineering plastics. We have PP, PVC, and PTFE. Ceramics are used too.

Stainless steel is great. It's strong and can keep corrosion away well. Engineering plastics are not expensive and light. They can handle many different chemicals. 2.Impeller design
We customize the shape and material of the impeller based on the properties of the liquid being pumped. Closed impellers work well when we need to pump corrosive liquids to high places or under high pressure. If the corrosive liquid has small particles in it, open or semi - open impellers are better. They're less likely to get blocked. Also, we make sure the material of the impeller is the same type as the pump body. This way, the whole pump can resist corrosion.

1.Chemical industry
In chemical making, a lot of starting materials, things made while working, and finished things can eat away at other stuff. Like sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide , and all sorts of salt water mixtures.

2.Flow rate and head:
According to the actual use scenario, accurately calculate the required flow rate and head. The flow rate should meet the needs of production or process, and the head should be able to overcome pipeline resistance, lifting height, etc. If the flow rate and head of the selected pump are too large or too small, it will affect the performance and service life of the corrosion resistant water pump.
3.Working environment:
Consider the working environment of the corrosion resistant water pump, such as indoor or outdoor, whether there are explosion-proof requirements, ambient temperature and humidity, etc. For water pumps used outdoors, they need to have a certain level of protection to prevent rain, dust, etc. from damaging the equipment; in environments with flammable and explosive gases, explosion-proof and corrosion resistant water pump should be selected
