Wear resistant submersible slurry pumps mainly used for the removal and conveying of slurry-like liquids in metallurgical, mining, steel mill, and thermal power plant enterprises, and is an ideal replacement for traditional horizontal slurry pumps.
The ZJQ submersible slurry pump is a hydraulic machine in which the motor and pump are coaxially integrated and submerged in the liquid. It is suitable for conveying liquids containing solid particles such as sand, slag, and tailings.
Main Feature
Wear resistant submersible slurry pumps have the following characteristics compared to ordinary slurry pumps:
1. Not limited by suction lift, resulting in high sludge removal efficiency and more thorough dredging.
2. No auxiliary vacuum pump required, leading to lower investment costs.
3. No auxiliary stirring or device required, simplifying operation.
4. The motor is embedded underwater, eliminating the need for complex ground protection and fixing devices, making it simpler and easier to use.
5. The stirring impeller directly contacts the sediment surface, allowing for concentration control through submersion depth, resulting in more precise concentration control. The equipment operates directly underwater, eliminating noise and vibration, and keeping the site cleaner.
Conditions Of Use
1. The medium temperature must not exceed 60℃, and the medium must not contain flammable or explosive gases.
2. The maximum weight concentration of solid particles in the medium is 30%, and the maximum medium density is 1.2 kg/L.
3. The maximum submersion depth of the unit is generally 20-150 meters, and the minimum submersion depth is based on submerging the motor.
4. The unit is best operated vertically in submerged medium, and the operating mode is continuous operation.
