Ⅰ. Driven Methods of Slurry Sand Dredging Pump

There are generally two driving methods

1. Electric motor driven

2. Diesel engine drive

Most of our customers have generators under working conditions and they choose the motor drive mode. This method is more affordable than diesel engines.

Usually the voltage is 380v/50Hz/3Phase

But when there is no power supply in the working condition, we can also provide diesel engine to drive, and we need the data of pump head and pump flow, so that we can provide the best solution.

Ⅱ. Connection Methods of Slurry Sand Dredging Pump

1. Direct Connection

Pump and motor are directly connected. This is the most common and most commonly used connection method for many working conditions.

2.CRz Connection

The pump and the motor are placed horizontally, and the belt pulley is used to connect the Slurry Sand Dredging Pump and the motor. This connection method is mainly used when the speed of the pump and the motor are different. The function is to adjust the speed to achieve the required flow and head.

On the other hand, if the working condition space is small, this connection method is also more appropriate.

CRz

3.ZV Connection

Similar to CRz, but in this connection mode, the position of the motor is higher than the position of the pump,Pump and motor are connected by pulley.
