Booster Pump
Product Details
Working principle
Inhalation: When the booster pump starts working, components such as blades or gears inside the pump body begin to rotate, thereby forming a certain negative pressure area to attract liquid or gas into the pump body.
Compression: As components such as blades or gears inside the pump body continue to rotate, the liquid or gas will be pushed toward the outlet of the pump body. During this process, the liquid or gas is compressed to a certain extent, causing its pressure to increase.
Output: When the liquid or gas is compressed to a certain extent, it will be pushed out of the outlet of the pump body and continue to flow to the next system or equipment.
Application areas of booster pumps
water supply system
In high-rise buildings, due to the gravity of water, the water pressure is usually higher in the lower floors and lower in the upper floors. In order to ensure that high-rise users can obtain sufficient water pressure, a booster pump needs to be installed to increase the water supply pressure.
In water supply systems in rural or remote areas, water pressure may be insufficient because the water source is far from the user. Booster pumps help move water from the source to the user and provide adequate water pressure.

Industrial production
In the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, many production processes require specific fluid pressures. Booster pumps can be used to increase the pressure of fluids to meet the requirements of the production process.
In industrial cooling systems, booster pumps can ensure the circulation of coolant in the system, thereby effectively reducing the temperature of the equipment.

Auto industry
In the cooling system of a car engine, a booster pump can help circulate the coolant and prevent the engine from overheating.
In the automobile braking system, the booster pump can provide sufficient hydraulic pressure to ensure the normal operation of the braking system.

Main functions of booster pump
Increase water pressure
Booster pumps are often used in water supply systems to increase water pressure, especially in places with low water pressure, such as high-rise buildings, areas far away from water sources, etc.
Increase flow
When a higher flow of water (or other liquid) is required, a booster pump can increase the flow rate to ensure proper operation of the system.
Improve water circulation
For example, in swimming pool systems, booster pumps can improve the circulation effect of water flow and help filter and clean water more efficiently.
Enhance water pressure in fire protection systems
In some fire protection systems, booster pumps are used to increase water pressure to ensure the effective work of fire extinguishing equipment.
