1: The pump cannot start
How to solve the problem that the water pump cannot start
(1): Check the power supply: whether the connection of the connector is firm;
(2): Whether the switch contact is meticulous;
(3): Whether the fuse is blown;
(3): Whether the lack of three-phase power supply is equal.
(4): If there is an open circuit, poor contact, blown fuse, or missing phase, the cause should be identified and repaired in time.
(5): Check whether it is a mechanical failure of the pump itself.
The reason why the water pump cannot start:
(1): The packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are blocked by debris accumulation;
(2): The pump shaft, bearing, and leakage reduction ring are rusted;
(3): The pump shaft is severely bent, etc.
The pump cannot start the elimination method:
(1): Relax the packing and dredge the diversion channel;
(2): Disassemble the pump body to remove debris and rust;
(3): Remove the pump shaft correction or replace the new pump shaft.
2. Insufficient flow
Reasons for insufficient flow:
(1): Mostly air leakage from suction pipe and air leakage from bottom valve;
(2): The water inlet is blocked;
(3): The depth of the bottom valve into the water is insufficient;
(4): The pump speed is too low;
(5): The seal ring or impeller is too worn;
(6): The water absorption height exceeds the standard, etc.
How to eliminate insufficient traffic:
(1): Check the suction pipe and bottom valve to block the leaking air source;
(2): Clean up the silt or blockage at the water inlet;
(3): The inlet depth of the bottom valve must be greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe, increase the inlet depth of the bottom valve; (4): Check the power supply voltage, increase the speed of the water pump, and replace the sealing ring or impeller;
(5): Lower the installation position of the pump, or replace the high-lift pump.
3. Can't absorb water
Causes of failure to absorb water:
There is air in the pump body or gas accumulation in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the irrigation water is not full, the vacuum pump packing leaks badly, and the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly.
Removal method if not absorbed in water:
(1): First press up the water, then fill the pump body with water, and then turn on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight, whether there is leakage in the pipeline and joints. If leakage is found, apply lubricant or blending paint to the joints after disassembly and tighten the screws.
(2): Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and replace it with new parts if it is seriously worn.
(3): The pipeline is leaking water or air. The nut may not be tightened tightly during installation.
If the leakage is not serious, cement can be applied to the air leakage or water leakage, or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil. For temporary repairs, apply some wet mud or soft soap.
If there is water leakage at the joint, you can use a wrench to tighten the nut. If the water leakage is serious, you must reassemble and replace the cracked pipe; lower the head and press the nozzle of the pump into the water for 0.5m.
4. No water from the pump
The reason why the pump does not produce water:
(1): The pump body and suction pipe are not filled with water;
(2): The moving water level is lower than the water filter of the pump;
(3): The suction pipe is broken.
Exhaust water pump removal method:
(1): Eliminate the fault of the bottom valve and fill it with water;
(2): Lower the installation position of the water pump so that the water filter pipe is below the dynamic water level, or wait for the dynamic water level to rise and then pump water;
(3): Repair or replace the suction pipe.
5. The pump body vibrates violently or produces noise
Reasons for severe vibration or noise of pump body:
(1): The pump is not installed securely or the pump is installed too high;
(1): The motor ball bearing is damaged;
(1): The main shaft of the water pump is bent or not concentric with the main shaft of the motor, not parallel, etc.
Treatment methods for severe vibration or noise of pump body:
(1): Install a stable water pump or reduce the installation height of the water pump;
(2): Replace the motor ball bearing;
(3): Straighten the curved pump shaft or adjust the relative position of the pump and the motor.
6. Excessive power consumption
Excessive power consumption Causes:
(1): The pump speed is too high;
(1): The water pump main shaft is bent or the water pump main shaft is not concentric or parallel to the motor main shaft;
(1): The pump head is not suitable;
(1): The water pump sucks in the sediment or has a blockage;
(1): The motor ball bearing is damaged.
Excessive power consumption
(1): Check the circuit voltage and reduce the pump speed;
(1): rectify the main shaft of the water pump or adjust the relative position of the water pump and the motor;

7. Overheating of drive shaft or motor bearing
Causes of overheating of drive shaft or motor bearings:
Lack of lubricant or broken bearings.

Add oil or replace bearings.
