1. Start the motor. When the horizontal multi-stage pump runs normally, turn on the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After the appropriate pressure is displayed, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
2. Try to control the flow and head of the multi-stage pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the stainless steel water pump runs at the highest efficiency point to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
3. During the operation of the multi-stage pump, pay attention to the operating conditions. General conditions Liquid temperature: Low temperature type -20 ℃ ~~ + 15 ℃ normal temperature type + 15 ℃ ~~ + 70 ℃ high temperature type + 70 ℃ ~~ + 104 ℃ Maximum use Ambient temperature: + 50 ℃
4. If abnormal sound of multi-stage pump is found, stop checking immediately.
5. When the multi-stage pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, then stop the motor.
6. the multi-stage pump will change the lubricating oil after 100 hours within the first month of operation, and change the oil once every 500 hours thereafter.
7. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the drip in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to make the drip out).
8. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, and replace it in time after the wear is large.
9. When the multi-stage pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the water drain plug at the bottom of the pump body needs to be unscrewed to release the medium. Prevent frost cracking.
10. Check if there is any looseness in the multi-stage centrifugal pump pipelines and joints. Turn the stainless steel pump by hand to see if the stainless steel pump is flexible.
11. Add bearing lubricating engine oil to the bearing body, observe the oil level should be at the center line of the oil standard, and the lubricant should be replaced or supplemented in time.
12. Unscrew the water diversion plug of the pump body of the multi-stage pump, and inject the water diversion (or slurry).
13. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.
14. Jog the motor to see if the motor turns correctly.
15. The multi-stage pump will be discontinued for a long time. It is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, wipe off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, and keep them properly.
