1: Structure description
ZD type pump is a horizontal self-balancing type centrifugal pump, which is divided into single suction multi-stage structure and double suction multi-stage structure according to the suction form.
The suction port is horizontal in the inlet section, and the discharge port is vertically upward in the outlet section.
Use the tightening bolt to connect the pump's inlet section, middle section, outlet section, and secondary inlet section. The height of the head can increase or decrease the number of pump stages (the suction port can be vertical according to user requirements).
(1) The main parts of the water pump: the inlet section, the middle section, the outlet section, the secondary inlet section, the positive guide vane, the reverse guide vane, the positive impeller, the reverse impeller, the shaft, the throttle decompression device, the sleeve, the bearing body , Filter tube, etc .;
(2) The rotor is composed of positive impeller, throttling decompression device, reverse impeller, shaft sleeve, bearing baffle and other parts mounted on the shaft; cylindrical roller bearing at the driving end, cylindrical roller bearing and angular contact ball at the end Bearing combination structure;
(3) The working chamber of the pump is composed of the inlet section, middle section, outlet section, secondary inlet section, positive guide vane, filter tube, etc .;
(4) The sealant or "O" ring seal between the inlet section, middle section and outlet section of the pump, there is a sealing ring, guide vane sleeve, etc. between the rotor part and the fixed part for sealing. The degree of wear of the blade sleeve has affected the working performance of the pump and should be replaced in time;
(5) Shaft seal: There are two types of shaft seals: mechanical seal and seasoning seal.
When the pump adopts seasoning sealing, the position of the packing ring must be properly secured, the degree of tightness of the packing must be appropriate, and the liquid can seep drop by drop.
Various sealing elements of the pump are installed in a sealed cavity, and water of a certain pressure must be passed into the cavity to play a role of water seal, water cooling or water lubrication.
A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal: to protect the pump shaft: (When the shaft seal is a mechanical seal, see the installation manual of the mechanical seal for details on installation, use, and maintenance.)
(6) From the direction of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
