1. Pump type

End suction pump is the use of impeller rotation and make the water centrifugal movement to work. Before starting the pump, the pump shell and suction tube must be filled with water, and then start the motor, so that the pump shaft drives the impeller and water to do high-speed rotating motion, water centrifugal motion, is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller, through the flow channel of the cochlear pump shell into the water pump pressure pipe.

2.Pump working principle

Single suction pump horizontal axial suction, upward radial spit. In the movement process of liquid flowing through the impeller, the energy is obtained, the static pressure energy is increased, and the velocity is increased. When the liquid leaves the impeller and enters the pump shell, it slows down due to the gradual expansion of the flow channel in the shell, and part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, and finally flows into the discharge pipeline along the tangential direction. When the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the periphery at the same time, the center of the impeller forms a low pressure area, under the action of the total potential energy difference between the liquid surface of the tank and the center of the impeller, resulting in the liquid being sucked into the center of the impeller. Relying on the continuous operation of the impeller, the liquid is continuously inhaled and discharged. The mechanical energy obtained by the liquid in the centrifugal pump is finally shown as the improvement of static pressure energy.

3.Pump application
