Overview of self priming diesel engine water pump:

Diesel engine pump set is a kind of new structure product which is successfully developed on the basis of repeated study of similar technology at home and abroad. The diesel engine blowdown pump set integrates self-priming and non clogging blowdown, adopts diesel engine driven axial backflow external mixing type, and through the unique design of pump body and impeller passage, it does not need to install bottom valve and water filling when using. The pump unit can absorb and discharge the liquid containing large particle solids and long fiber impurities, which can be widely used in municipal sewage and waterlogging prevention engineering, agricultural irrigation, etc. The diesel engine pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong pollution discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient use and maintenance, and one-piece or outdoor movable design.

Service conditions of self-priming diesel engine pump:

1) Ambient temperature ≤ 50 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃, special requirements up to 200 ℃.

2) The pH value of medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.

3) The gravity of medium shall not exceed 1240kg / m3.

4) The self suction height shall not exceed 4.5-5.5m, and the length of suction pipe shall not exceed 10m.

Standard supply scope of self-priming diesel engine pump:

1) Diesel engine pump unit: diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including 80-120l bottom oil tank), battery and connecting wire, exhaust muffler and control panel.

2) The standard design is a combination of pump, oil tank, control panel and storage battery.

3) According to customer requirements, it can be designed into a composite outdoor type of pump set, oil tank at the bottom of the machine, control panel, battery pack and outdoor rain proof box.

4) According to customer requirements, it can be designed as Trailer (four or two wheels) mobile type.
