SP series slurry pump

SP series slurry pump is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump, immersed in the liquid, used to transport abrasive, coarse particles, high concentration of slurry. It does not need any shaft seal and shaft seal water, and can work normally under the condition of insufficient suction volume.

Application

It is mainly suitable for conveying corrosive, coarse particles and high concentration slag slurry. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, electricity, building materials, environmental protection and other departments.

Structural features

1. Adopt vertical cantilever type, single pump shell structure.

2. Double suction, half open impeller design, using hard alloy or rubber impeller.

3. Cartridge bearing assembly, high capacity bearing design, bearing grease lubrication.

4. The clearance between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation of the pump.

5. No shaft seal is required.

6. Pump and drive machine can choose direct drive, triangle belt drive.

7.RVS type adopts rubber flow parts and rubber lining parts in contact with the slurry, which can adapt to strong corrosive conditions.
