3. Packaging inspection

Ⅰ. The documents supplied with the long distance fire fighting pump should include: product qualification certificate, instructions, packing list, agricultural pumps (such as submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, mixed-flow pumps, self-priming pumps, etc.) should have "three guarantees", and the production license should be implemented. Pumps (such as submersible pumps, medium-high pressure pumps, high-temperature pumps and other five types of pumps) should have a production license.

Ⅱ. The plugging parts of the orifice should be resistant to wind and rain, and should be strong and able to withstand accidental damage.

Ⅳ. For oil-lubricated bearings, the oil in the bearing box should be drained, and a warning sign of "oil filling required" should be fixed.

5. Assembly inspection

Ⅰ. The rotation should be even and flexible, no rubbing, no loose fasteners, and sealing measures should be taken at the inlet and outlet of the pump.

Ⅱ. The non-processed surface in contact with water should be coated with anti-rust paint, and the exposed processed surface should be coated with hardened anti-rust grease.
