Multistage High Temperature Boiler Feed Pump

The multistage high temperature boiler feed pump has a horizontal multistage segmented structure. It can transport clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of clear water, and is suitable for feeding water to high, medium and low-pressure boilers. The temperature of the conveyed medium is ≤170°C, and the allowable inlet pressure is ≤0.6 Mpa.

The multistage high temperature boiler feed pump is produced using the optimized hydraulic model of our company. The high-temperature environment has been fully considered. This pump uses a special material balancing system to balance the axial force. The normal service life of the rotor components is ≥6,000 hours. The pump body is made of alloy casting (forging), and its service life is ≥10 years. At present, the flow rate of this series of pumps produced by our company is ≤500 m³/h, and the outlet pressure is ≤150 kg/cm³.

Features
High efficiency, convenient installation and maintenance: An energy-efficient and high-efficiency hydraulic model is adopted. This series of pumps features high efficiency, a wide performance range, safe and stable operation, low noise, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance.

Shaft seal: Soft packing seal or mechanical seal is adopted. The seal is safe and reliable, with a simple structure, and is convenient and quick for maintenance.
Ordinary mechanical seal for the temperature below 120℃
Cartridge mechanical seal for the temperature between 120℃ (exclusive) and 160℃
The whole machine has a long service life: The shaft is fully sealed to effectively avoid direct contact with the medium, prevent corrosion, and achieve long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Material
The multistage high temperature boiler feed pump is mainly composed of the inlet and outlet water sections, middle sections, guide vanes, impellers, shafts, shaft sleeves, bearings, bearing bodies, seals, etc.

According to the differences in the pump pressure and the medium temperature, the flow-through components of the pump are made of materials such as cast iron, ductile iron or cast steel. In addition, stainless steel materials can also be used according to the requirements of customers.
