Among them, DG type is the more common one. DG type boiler feed water pump is a horizontal single-suction multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump. Its inlet and outlet are vertically upward. The suction section, middle section and discharge section of the pump are connected by tightening bolts. The pump rotor consists of an impeller, a balance plate and other parts mounted on the shaft. The entire rotor is supported by sliding bearings at both ends of the pump shaft. The bearings are lubricated with lubricating oil and cooled by circulating cold water. The shaft seal adopts packing seal or mechanical seal.
It can transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for high, medium and low pressure boiler feed water. The temperature of the conveying medium is ≤170℃, and the allowable pressure of the inlet is ≤0.6Mpa.

Principle of power transmission
Boiler feed water pumps are usually driven by motors. The power of the motor is converted into mechanical power of the boiler feed water pump through power transmission devices (such as belts, couplings, etc.), which promotes the movement of pump blades or pistons and other components to realize the movement of water. delivery.
Principle of water absorption and drainage
The boiler feed water pump needs to overcome the resistance in the pipe or water storage tank when working. Through the suction and drainage pressure of the pump, water is sucked into the pump from the water source and transported to the boiler through the outlet pipe.
