Structure description of DG multistage boiler feed water pump

This pump is a single shell segmental multistage centrifugal pump. The suction inlet and the discharge outlet are vertical upward. The front section, the middle section and the rear section are connected into a whole by a bar. The static joint surface between the sections is mainly sealed by the metal surface, and there is no O-ring as an auxiliary seal. The suction section, middle section and discharge section of DG high pressure pump are made of forgings.

DG -- single suction multistage boiler feed water pump;

25 -- design point flow of pump;

50 -- single stage head of pump;

10 -- pump stage.
