Sand Sucking Dredge Pump
Product Details
Horizontal centrifugal pump sand dredge pump sand sucking pump
Sand and gravel slurry pump can be widely used in mining, electric power, metallurgy, coal, environmental protection and other industries to transport slurry containing abrasive solid particles. Such as metallurgical concentrator ore slurry transportation, thermal power plant hydraulic ash removal, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium transportation, river dredging, river dredging, etc. In the chemical industry, some corrosive slurries containing crystals can also be transported.
Slurry gravel pump characteristics:
MG/MGH grit pump is an imported technology product. The pump adopts a single pump casing structure connected by a cassette. It is a single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump.
It has light weight, good cavitation performance, and anti-abrasion It has the advantages of strong performance, wide flow passage, convenient installation and use, and can continuously transport large particles of strong abrasive sand.
It is suitable for dredging by dredgers, pumping sand by dredgers, and dredging rivers.
Slurry gravel pump structure:
This series of gravel pumps are composed of pump heads, seal components, bearing components, brackets, etc. The bearing lubrication method is grease lubrication.
The flow parts impeller, pump body, front guard plate and rear guard plate are all made of strong anti-wear high chromium alloy or wear-resistant alloy steel, and the hardness is not less than 58HRC.
Slurry gravel pump sealing form:
packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, packing plus auxiliary impeller seal, mechanical seal, etc.
Slurry gravel pump transmission mode:
V-belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reduction box transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency driving device, SCR speed control, etc.
It adopts multiple speeds and multiple variants, with long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet various harsh conveying conditions.
