Factors affecting the lifespan
Quality of the pump: Pumps from well-known brands usually have stricter quality control and advanced manufacturing processes, and their service life is often relatively long. For example, pumps made of high-quality materials, advanced welding technology and precision machining can maintain stable performance during long-term use. The quality of core components such as motors and impellers is also crucial. High-quality motors have stable power and good heat dissipation, and high-quality impellers are wear-resistant and efficient, which can extend the life of the pump.
Maintenance and usage conditions: Regular maintenance is very important to extend the life of the pump. Including cleaning the pump body, checking the wear of parts, replacing seals, adding lubricants, etc. If the operating environment is harsh, such as water containing a large amount of impurities, corrosive substances, or the pump is in an overloaded operating state for a long time, its service life will be shortened.
Operating environment: An environment with suitable temperature, humidity and cleanliness is conducive to the normal operation and life extension of the pump. Too high or too low temperature, excessive humidity, and dusty environment will have an adverse effect on the performance and life of the pump.
