6.5 Product Identification and transparency.
6.5.1 General Details:
The purpose for the Product Identification and Traceability process outlined in this manual is to ensure that products and Components are correctly identified and traced by DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. from receipt unit dispatch.
DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Shall ensure product Identification and traceability is maintained to ensure the certainty of the number and location of all materials, components withing the company.
This traceability and Identification through customer order Numbers /Job cards identification shall include but not limited to the following.
a. Batch numbers/ GRN numbers.
b. Component Part and serial Numbers / Drg Numbers.
c. Quantities accepted and rejected.
d. Record of Parts / materials / Components transferred, replaced or reworked.
The detailed processes to be followed by DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Shall be fully defined in the Quality Procedure Purchasing Section.
