Process Control.
4.0 General:
7.1 The management of DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Shall ensure that procedures are in place to identify and plan production and Installation processes which directly affect quality and if necessary, these processes shall be completed under controlled conditions, in compliance with this, the controlled conditions shall include.
a. work instructions defining production and installation practices shall cover all quality related issues.
b. The use of reference standards and Codes, including the use of suitable working conditions, production and installation equipment.
c. Monitoring and control of suitable procedures and product characteristics during production.
d. Customers approval of processes and equipment.
e. That the quality of workmanship shall be defined in written standards or the use of samples.
To ensure the above Customer requirements are complied with, all work carried out BY DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Will be controlled through the use of a work sheet. These sheets must define the tasks to be performed and inspections required as defined with contracted or company requirements. The work sheets shall make provision for recording pertinent information, such as serial Numbers, of listed items Etc.
The Office Manager or Company Foreman shall prepare and release work sheets for use upon receipt of the customers work authority. Prior to release. Work sheets Shall be reviewed by the Quality Manager or his / her designee for conformance with contract requirements.
