Management Responsibilities.
1.0 Management Responsibilities.
1.1 The relationship of management within MST is defined as Annex A” to this Manual.
1.2 Managing Director.
1.3 The Managing Director of DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump Is responsible for ensuring the business viability at all times. He is also responsible for ensuring that the Quality System as defined in this Manual and associated Procedures are developed, implemented and Maintained. The Managing Director shall assume the duties of the Quality Manager when he / she is absent or otherwise not available.
1.4 The Quality Manager.
1.5 The Quality Manager represents DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. On all matters pertinent to the Quality System as established by the requirements of Contracts and Company policies. The Quality Manager reports directly to the Managing Director on Quality matters and has the primary responsibility and Authority to structure, implement and maintain the Quality System to AS3901-IS 9001 Standards.
1.6 Department Managers – forepersons - Supervisors.
1.7 Are to ensure the achievements of the Quality System, MSI department Managers, forepersons and supervisors shall ensure that.
