INSPECTION MEASURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT.
4.0 General.
9.1 All inspection measuring and test equipment used by DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Shall be correctly operated maintained and stored to demonstrate the conformance of the product to customer of QA Manual requirements. The purpose of the control procedures in respect to inspection, measuring, and test equipment is to ensure that measurement accuracy is known and is consistent with the measurement capability required by the customer.
9.2 Inspection.
9.2.1 the Management of DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Will ensure that no instrument Testing Fixture, Jig, Pattern or template (including Customer supplied equipment) will be used for the purpose of product verification until.
a. The applicable equipment has been identified, Calibrated and adjusted if necessary, at prescribed intervals or prior to use by comparison with certified higher accuracy level reference standards traceable to National Standards. where necessary DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Shall subcontract the services of a national Testing Association or testing Authority. (NATA) registered laboratory.
b. The applicable equipment has been registered in the Calibration tool register which will define:
1. Serial Number.
2. Equipment type.
3. Frequency of Checks and check methods.
c. Receipts from calibration inspections have been seen by the applicable Management persons and should results of calibration be unsatisfactory the actions to be taken for the equipment repair or Disposal.
d. The equipment is identified in a suitable way defying its calibration Status.
Environmental conditions are suitable for calibration, inspections for measurements and tests being carried out.
