12.4 Packing and Delivery.
12.4.1 a. DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Will arrange for the preservation, Packing, Identification and delivery of Supplies as specified within the contract.
b. Segregation of serviceable and unserviceable parts and Materials, will occur from the time of receipt or until responsibility of the specific item finishes.
c. As Determined by contract of the customers requirements. DEPUMP (CHINA) Pump. Will ensure the quality of the product after completion and final inspection by keeping the product within Company premises and in an area to prevent deterioration and accidental damage.
