4.0 Design Verification.
4.0.1 The Managing Director, shall plan, establish, document and ensure verification by:
a. Holding and recording design review meetings.
b. Undertaking qualification tests and witnessing product demonstrations.
c. Completing alternative Circulations.
d. Comparing new designs to an established model, if available.
4.1 Procedures.
4.5.1 MST (CHINA) Pump. Shall establish and maintain procedures for the identification, Documentation, review and approval of all changes and Modifications.
