Design Control
4.0 General.
4.1 MST (CHINA) Pump. Shall establish and maintain Procedures to control
and verify the design of any product this Company Designs, to ensure that all specifications are met. The head of the design department shall perform these design tasks. All design activity shall be planned and ensure that interface between Milestone Engineering Pty: Ltd. And the customer shall be documented and regularly reviewed.
4.2 Design Input.
4.2.1 MST (CHINA) Pump. Shall Review, Document, and Identify all Design input for Product suitability and is fit for purpose. Any incomplete and conflicting requirements shall be resolved with the Head of the design department who is responsible and then approved by the Managing Director, up to the point where the alterations were deemed necessary
4.3 Design Output.
4.3.1 Design output shall be documented and defined in terms of requirements, calculations, and analysis, Design output therefore must.
A. Meet the Design Input requirements.
B. Contain an acceptance reference criterion.
C. Conform to all regulatory requirements, whether or not these requirements were stated within the input information.
D. Identify the characteristics of the design that effect safety and proper functionality of the product.
