1. Requirements for assembly technology
a. The qualified centrifugal pump should be cranked lightly without mechanical friction.
b. The pump shaft should not be moved.
c. The coaxiality deviation of the semi-coupling of the centrifugal pump and the semi-coupling of the motor meets the technical requirements.
d. Add appropriate amount of lubricating oil and grease.
2. Preparation before assemblya. Read the relevant technical requirements, drawings, and instructions of the pump carefully.
b. Familiar with pump assembly quality standards.
c. Check if the pump parts are complete and qualified.
d. Prepare the tools, measuring tools, etc. used;
e. Prepare the consumable items required by the pump, such as lubricant, asbestos packing, etc.
3. Centrifugal pump assembly sequence
The centrifugal pumps of various models naturally have different assembly sequences due to their different structures. In the future, the IS type of the door-opening type is used as an example. The assembly should be performed in the following order:
a. Assembly shaft group, that is, the bearing is assembled on the pump shaft;
b. Assemble the shaft into the pump body;
c. Install the pump casing on the frame;
d. Set the pump cover on the pump shaft and install the impeller;
e. Install the pump cover on the pump casing and the pump body on the machine base;
f. packing;
g. Coupling alignment.
